Omg, my brain would explode! ( and maybe my heart too!) I don't really like donuts but when I do indulge it is an apple fritter. Haven't done it for awhile though..it does look tempting.💜🍩

Plus 20 grams of saturated fat, 1850 grams of sodium, and 67 grams of added sugar for your featured 14 oz size.

That one is gigantic. I like to warm mine up a little if it isn't already fresh.

after 51 years of sugar/carb/processed food addiction, I can finally look at a picture like this and only see the poison it is (for me)... and live off the collective memories of the 8,315,312 apple fritters I have eaten in my lifetime. Enough is enough and you guys can have it.

I’d have to slice that like a cake!

Apple fritters are my downfall. My husband steers me away from the bakery section

Not worth it. Takes 7 minutes to burn 100 calories at gym. Just for a few bites. No thanks

100 calories in 7 minutes? So my workouts should be burning 1700 calories? Wow. I wish lol

I’m having a baked apple with cinnamon and apple pie spice for dessert. That’s as close as I’ll get to an Apple fritter.

It's funny how people think some calories need to be burned off in the gym and other calories don't...all you need to do is fit calories into your goals, not create a surplus.

Diablo agreed I wish it were 100 every 7 minutes 😄 I guess if your heavy enough and your running at a fast pace but that's not going to be a sustained burn for very long. If it's lifting weights then no way !

@Diablo: This fritter is 1515 calories, and some of us can only continue to lose weight if our daily count is around 1200-1300. And I will probably get hungry later and want more food, so yeah, a whole lot of exercise is needed to fit this low-value "nutrition" in my day. And while I personally do not suffer from diabetes, insulin sensitivity, high blood pressure or high LDL, others here do, so this item would be a no just from a chronic disease standpoint.

1200 to lose isn't needed for anyone besides a comatose patient. Maybe 1200 average during the week and then a 3k average on the weekend that averages to 2k. If someone needs 1200 average to lose they are no longer diabetic. I mean, I guess there may be a rare human who still has type 2 at a healthy bf percentage but it's doubtful. If you seriously need 1200 to lose, you may want to take a walk and or do some resistance training.

But yeah, I wouldn't suggest anyone take in most of their calories from this daily. Try a normal one at 400 calories instead lol

Diablo, women have smaller frames, and yes, many of us intake only 1200-1300/day. Or less. And we do exercise and resistance train. We also do not weigh 200 lbs. Try checking out some of the calorie counts of healthy-weight women on FS you follow, like Kenna Morton, Golfmarina, Cindylynnwho, CrystalJo74, PinayRN, Asarver, Moopie and Diana 1234: we all eat around 1200/day or less.
