Made it to the gym. I am one week on and two weeks off, a sad sort of schedule. Almost a month off this last time. I was so consistent last year, but have really fallen off. The goal is consistency at the gym, and this week I do not have anything that can upset my schedule accept laziness that has crept in.
Didn’t plan well for lunch so ended up eating from a fast food place. I really need to improve in that aspect of everything too.
My daughter and I made tomato soup last night for dinner, then she decided to add grilled cheese sandwiches to the meal too. Everything was a big hit. She is becoming quite the chef and dragging me along with her.
