Hmmmm I am really wondering how did I jump 2.5lbs from one day to the next day... it's crazy! I am so concerned about seeing my weight go up, but so far it kept going down on a long term... so I guess the fluids that are retained by my body are playing a big role there. I need to get back on track and exercise regularly, I feel that I am getting tired again and that is no good sign!

don't worry about this little gain. I'm sure once you get some rest, you'll get back on track and these pounds will melt right away! you exercised a lot these last weeks, so maybe your body is tired and retain more water than it should. And maybe you gained muscles too! that's a good new!

I wish it was all muscle... but in 1 day! I would be surprised! Thanks for the nice feedback! I will exercise tonight no matter how tired I feel right now.. I am sure it is because of the lack of exercise! :)
