Tonight I went out for dinner with my partner and his children. Indian food. Despite some internal thinking of “ this isn’t on plan for me” - I went and enjoyed the meal.
For once my off track meal didn’t lead to wiping out the rest of the day.
Or in this case evening.
Scales might be up tomorrow? Perhaps the sodium.. and I won’t lie, yes I’ll feel a bit disappointed.. but that’s ok.. I will jump back on the horse. Life is too short not to enjoy little nights out and food in moderation.
