Its day two and I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed....lol I've been up since 5AM as usual. I think that getting up so early makes it a little harder because the natural thing to do is eat and drink after waking up. I feel good about how I did yesterday and hope I can do good today too. I really need to push fluids today because its supposed to be over 100 degrees and I will be out driving the school bus later and its much hotter than that in the drivers seat. Well off for now... good luck to all today!

jobs that have people sitting all day make it sooo much harder to lose wieght but your diet plan looks really good. Ive been able to cut calories alot by only drinking water and if i want juice i just eat some fruit, oranges or apples because they seem to have less calories than fruit juices lol... Good Luck and cute pic!
