So a tiny bit about me .. I’m 45, have 3 son’s(16,18 and 25)..widowed. Have a new partner who is a little gym bunny..who’s good habits are starting to rub off on me.
I work from home and am just trying to start to live my best life after many years of sadness, major health crises in my family, emotional eating and I guess to some degree binging.
Life really is too short. No more mucking around.. I can do this if I am consistent.
