I found this site in the Apps for my G1 cellphone. I have tried to keep track of my calories and exercise before but was not consistant with it. I am hoping to do much better this time and would appreciate and words or encouragement. Cheri you can do this... you must do this!!!

Hello and Welcome! I saw you joined the G1 group, Im in there too! We need all the encouragement we can get. On that note I am sure you will do great! Just remember, teeny tiny steps. It took me a long time to get to the weight I am, but it wont take Nearly as long to get it off- if you put your mind to it. Good Luck Cheri!
