After four days on hols, it's always miraculous to see that I lose weight on vacation. We ate mostly at restaurants (steak, risotto, other good, mostly pure food) rather than eat junk, and there was practically no snacking. Also kept up the exercise, but not as much. All of it probably attributed to the number on the scale going down! Anyways, home now, what a shame. I really miss holidays already.
