Weighed in at 134.8 this morning :) First time i've seen 134 in quite some time!
I'm taking some 'all natural' appetite suppresants and they are helping me a ton in controlling my cravings and mindless snacking. I like them a lot becuase they dont stop my from getting hungry, i'm still ready to eat at my normal times, i'm just less hungry between meals which is where my problem is, boredom snacking.
I'm having major moodswings this week, guess TOM is right around the corner. I have a few moments of "I'm so happy, I'm so lucky" and then out of left feild comes "I f*cking hate my job, my life sucks". LOL Yesterday was really bad, hoping to make it through today without getting committed.
