Thanks chia nuts! My entire life has been largely as a morbidly obese person. I am NOT going back this time! I am ok with the little ups and downs, but I have a number in mind that I refuse to go over. I am still in the obese range, so I will keep trying to lose, but all in all, I'm happy with where I am today!
