I've decided to add on intermittent fasting in addition to my calorie deficit and I think it's working!! I only introduced intermittent fasting because I'm trying to stop my late night cravings at night (due to my insomnia).
72.4 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
