Ica raisa : biasalah kalo dr 100kg up emang cepet 1 bulan pertama walaupun ga olahraga. Makan normal kok masih 1800kal per hari dgn komposisi makro sesuai anjuran. Biasanya masuk bulan ke 2 perlu olahraga biar bisa turun lagi 😂
