161 and consumed a ton of calories yesterday. Oh well, once is not going to kill me...hopefully, lol. Wore a sz 10 dress to church this morning. I can hardly believe it. Before 254 Now 161 I feel good and am going to go jump on the trampoline! lol.

Hey, I know about the calorie thing. I went to Golden Corral the other day and pigged out. I didn't even bother to do my Food Diary that day because frankly, I don't think I can remember all that I ate! LOL! But hey, it tasted pretty darn good. Today I am back to my same eating/exercising schedule again.
