Went half and half tonight. My leftover veg lasagna/ meat lasagna with broccoli on baby spinach. Added red wine vinegar and some Tabasco. 😊 Strayed away from OMAD today to try out this protein powder my hubby got. Put some in my afternoon coffee ☕️
