day 2 of 100 percent success! Avoided temptation while grocery shopping after work, avoided free food in vending machines all day at work despite a couple of things happening that normally would have sent me running for a honey bun, and I didn't stop at any gas stations on the way home. This is huge. I really hope the reversal in perception is going to help this success be long term. I'm excited to weigh myself tomorrow morning because I know that when I follow my keto plan I shed weight like a muther.
