started cycling every day.
last year it helped me to lose 5 kg in 2 months.
let's hope it will work this year as well 🤞
but bigger challenge will be to maintain it during stressful semester 🥴
this time I know how to maintain it
I will attend boxing class from mid September
Sports give me motivation and resilience.
As a result sport replaces my energy and dopamine source which is food otherwise
