Felt under the weather yesterday and not up to exercising. It turned out to be exhaustion rather than illness. Made it to a friends 50th bday last night and to a double date with friends tonight. Too much food and drink. I have to reign myself in. I went for a nice bike ride today and did strength training but did not run this weekend. I feel deprived! Too bad I am terrible at mornings or I could do a run very early before work, as it is I may have to wait until my next partial day off (Wednesday) for a run. Long work hours are still annoying me but I’m getting more strength training and walking in.
