Music with my daughter went great last night, had a wonderful time and came home on cloud 9, even did well avoiding the desserts at church. But then I just lost it with self control and stepped off the deep end, ate whatever I could get my hands on. A very large bottle of brown ale might have played a big part in it, after that I think even my little dog was avoiding me, afraid he might be the next course, lol. Up a couple pounds this morning and suprised it's not more. So much for being good over the weekend, back to damage control mode for the week. :)
