I am looking for some help!!! it seems my weight has platod WHY? I am working out and walking just trying to tone a little!! I know I can do intermittent fasting, but any other suggestions I would so appreciate!!

Whenever my weight would plateau I would put on leg weights. That way my body was forced to work a little harder and I would see more weight come off. These things happen!
