Weighed a bit earlier in the morning but still before I consumed anything .
Movements not what I consider normal for myself at the moment. Maybe need to drink more water 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️
77.7 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found when I ate better, movements got worse. Water definitely did the trick, but it also turned out too much protein wreaked havoc!

Diet changes can do that. Watch your fibre intake and drink heaps of water 👍👍

it took me a while to realise the less you take in, the less you expell!

My doc suggested using senna herbal tabs. Who would guess that you drink a heap more water and go less 🤷‍♀️
