I ate so bad today. I did not go over 1400 calories but I ate cake and cheese cake. It seems I have a few days a month that I crave carbs. Then I get back on track again and lose weight. Oh well ignoring it just makes it worse!

It sucks when you give in, but sometimes I think it's for the best... Allowing yourself a small treat is better than depriving yourself and then bingeing later down the road!

I would rather give in once in a while than go back to my old eating habits. Everything in moderation!

It's good that you're able to get right back on it when you have a slip up...that's the key!
