Didn't go to the gym today. working from home sometimes dont help but i was pretty preoccupied today so didn't think so much about food. didn't drink as much water as i should.
I have to find a way of liking jogging. Gym yesterday was difficult when it was time to jog. i dont mind doing all other exercise but jogging just gets t me. my chest feels tight and i find it hard to breathe. must learn my breath control.
I'm going for bounce class tomorrow. 'must push dodwn, must push down!!!'
