My family is trying to make the switch to a whole foods diet. I havn't lost weight b/c we've had bday party, etc and I have not been tracking my points as needed.. It's going to take some tweeking to figure out my points with the whole foods diet as well. All in all, I'm worrying a little bit less about the points of what i'm putting in my mouth, and more about the QUALITY of the foods I am putting in my mouth. Going to work on finding a source of Raw Milk as well.
