I ate a huge steak and small salad for dinner the last couple days and posted great fat loss.
I'm doing a variation of Vince Gironda's steak & eggs diet, but the last couple days I'm bicycling and gardening more than bodybuilding workouts.
I'm happy with the fat loss, but am a little concerned about losing so much muscle with the fat.
