Today was a good day! I went to my Aunt & Uncle's house for Father's Day, and I didn't cheat! I was very tempted (lobster, fried fish, french fries, cole slaw), but I turned it down and waited to eat when I got home. I'm so proud of myself! My family is proud of me too! Usually I break my diet when I'm surrounded my delicious and mouthwatering food, but I hung in there!!! I'm determined to stay on my diet until I go on my cruise in September. I'll eat and drink all I want then..... :-)
