56 hours into my 72 hour fast. So far 2,1kg down. Doing water, green tea, ginger tea, electrolyte drink (water, pink Himalayan salt, lemon juice and apple cider vinegar). My 72 hours is at 22:00 tonight, so I'll be doing a longer fast until Thursday lunchtime.

@mandyduplessis - yes I'm 68 hours in and I'm starting to feel it. This afternoon I felt like eggs, avo, steak, nut butter. But have to wait..
Breaking this fast will also have to be with liquid food and slowly phase into normal eating

Take care when eating again after the fast. Definitely liquid food for the first few days. I did a 72 hour water fast where all I had was plain water. Coming off the fast was harder than the fast itself 🙈
