Now comes the hard part... the weekend!
This is when it all falls apart for me, when I just want to say "screw it, I'm gonna have what I want, I've worked for it!"
So, I hope I stick to the freakin plan and not eat like a pig or drink too much (anything more than 4oz. is too much).

I have a problem with the weekends too. The week is structured with work and you know where you will be, and when. The weekend is like you don't know what you are going to do until you do it. Try your best, that is all you can ask for. You make a mistake on one meal forget it and do better on the next.
Also drinking is hard on the weekends, going to a bar and ordering any drink (mixed or fruity, beer), it is just empty calories and for what?
Good luck, I'll be in the same boat. We just have to paddle through it.
