I've been focusing on making sure my food is all natural this week. I haven't been eating that much processed stuff but there was still a bit of it in my diet. I've decided that having a few squares of real, natural chocolate for dessert is just as satisfying and better for me than a cup of sugar-free pudding, and it's worth the extra calories.

I've also been straying more from my original diet and eating more during the day. When I was doing that diet I was sometimes not getting more than 800 or 900 calories a day. Now I'm trying to keep it between 1000 and 1200. Seems to be working pretty well so far. I'm losing weight a little bit more slowly, but I think it's better for my body.
63.2 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, congrats on being able to eat more natural foods! It's a long-term goal of mine, but not something I've been incredibly successful at so far. Good job!
