A crappy night of sleep on Saturday night, but a small bowl (large for most people lol) of Fruity Pebbles and a cup of coffee plowed me through an awesome 2hr workout! I haven't done the "Big 5" compounds in a couple years. I'd traded squats for leg presses, deadlifts for rack pulls, etc.. I did all of them but bench presses yesterday for 4 sets each after warmups and shocked myself a little... I stopped short of max so I didn't push too hard on the first time back and was really tired: Deadlifts @ 305# Squats @ 225# OHP @ 105# BO Rows @ 165# Current bench @ 210# It's a great starting point and those aren't even 1RMs! And that was just the first hour of my workout! 😀 I'll easily add 25# by next time! Muscle memory is so awesome! Off to the gym again now for one of my long days of 2-1/2 hours!! So stoked! Oh - I also got Little Mermaid shins which totally ruined my perfectly tanned, huge legs. No skirts for me for awhile I guess 😭
