I have been busting butt this last couple weeks. Tired of being stuck on the same weight. Any one here in Florida that has Bright House cable try channel 353 it is on demand exercise channel it is awesome! You can do all kinds of exercise any time of the day. It's been a big help to me lately.

Thanks! I'm in Florida but we switched to Verizon Fios. I'll have to check to see if they have an exercise channel! With all your exercise, you are bound to drop some weight!

Thanks been doing the Hip Hop Dance and Back 2 Bollywood Exercise it's some dance/exercise from India and it is a blast what a workout:) Thanks and good luck!
