Why is it so hard to get back on track? I've been going off my eating plan with a bang, day after day. I think deep down, I am just enjoying eating unhealthy food everyday so much, the thought of clean eating of chicken breast, sweet potato, and veggies is not so appetizing to me. I need some kick in the butt - or some type of goal to committ to with a deadline.
