I went to Cosmo today… I went with 1470 calories in the bank but I don’t think I stayed within 😂 These are the things we enjoy with family whose are visiting from another continent. My friend was joking that even though I’m a size 8 now I ate like I’m still size 14 😂😂 well… old habits die hard 😊

im having the same problem. Tuesday is my birthday, we're planning to eat Chinese, problem is can't find values of any Chinese dishes on here, I thought about trying to add each ingredient as I've done in the past, too difficult as i can't possibly know all the ingredients!so that's buggered my whole week up! feeling a little frustrated, dunno bout u? xx

When I have Chinese I do some research on the internet and estimate something. Also on days when I know I will consume more I up my activity a bit on the day and the following days.
