I've been eating a lot this week (and some of it off-plan), so I'm fully expecting a bit of a gain on my next weigh ins. I'm using up foods in the house before I leave for a stay in the UK. Leaving my home on Sunday and won't be able to weigh anything until I get to my destination next Thursday 😅 but it's an exciting time and I'm just gonna enjoy the journey and the food along the way. Will get back to normal once I'm settled there. Not using this as an excuse to go wild (because I know how that ends), just rather to not to panic if the scale is a little higher temporarily.
