ongoing sickness impact (COVID, lingering) means no exercise, just can't manage it, so keeping weight off/the no exercise calorie limit is tough. especially when I want the comfort food...

just take ur time kt, listen to ur body, took myself and my daughter months to recover from covid then long covid, maybe buy a decent multi vitamin for now, try ginger tea for sickness,,hope u feel better soon, take it easy ❤🤗

That sound really frustrating. It feels to me that your really trying to move froward but covid and comfort food are holding on to your legs. Despite this your doing really well x
