Well, here I go again! I gave birth to our 5th and final child 7 weeks ago today. I gained 45 lbs during my pregnancy and I have some serious work ahead of me. I just got the all-clear from my doc on Thursday to start working out again but I intend to start slow. I'm looking forward to re-examining my habits and goals.

Congrats on the new baby!!! I remember you trying for another baby and i never seen too much after. But i also gave birth to a baby girl going on 13 weeks ago and i gained 50 pounds. :( So i know how you feel about having to start this all over again! I am so excited for you .. :) Congrats again!! and good luck! :D
