aku makan di atas bmr ya,semuanya aku makan kok,cuma jarang banget makan gorengan sama minuman manis(semenjak diet jadi kurang suka).makanan aku ga clean food banget tiap hari makan masakan rumahan and aku utamain protein sama nutrisi makanan biarpun tinggi kalori gpp kalo makro-nutrients bagus.
