A small gain, but totally acceptable. I'm not eating the right foods. We are in the middle of a move. The kitchen is packed and I don't have anyway to cook for myself. I'm still tracking my foods, and in general, I'm making okay decisions. But quick, microwavable food is not healthy! My goal for December is just to maintain, keep my spirits up, keep counting & tracking, keep working out, and be ready for a cleanse after Christmas when the kitchen is unpacked.
