I wasn't expecting to see these results
I'm just in caloric deficit and fully hydrated, i only did push ups once a week, and just right now.
I ate a samosa today , and few oily pakoray
Last weekend i had grilled chicken burgers
Will see what can i have this weekend.

One advice if you don't wanna get into the mess if calories and all the stuff, just avoid bad stuff and make sure you don't eat more than you have to, and drink plenty of water. Gender and human bodies to adapt to these things are different in each case but u can make sure to keep these things in mind and get good sleep..
73.5 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
