Have not been able to keep a steady documentation of my foods etc. I am homeless, a full time student, and jobless. It is hard to eat healthy when you can't afford the healthy foods. I actually started at 235 lbs. I lost approx. 10 lbs during my last pregnancy- or so I thought. I held steady at around 226. After I had my 3rd daughter on August 25, 2014, I weighed 207! Now I have held steady under 220, averaging 215-218. I have decided to try to start this "diet" over. :)
Also, I drag around over 100 lbs of stuff between my suitcase and bath stuff, my school things, and my blanket, sleeping bag, and steel-toed tennis shoes (in case I find some work). I walk an average of 1-3 miles per day with this stuff... Exhausting!
