Nice! Is your current plan to gain mass? Just looking at your daily calories of 2800 made me think so. I'm lowering body fat so on between 1800 and 2000 per day, just keen to get another perspective on it.

Yes I am bulking now wanna get up to my goal of 90kgs again and then I'll get lean again haha
