700g up over the weekend… I’m putting this down to bad choices while eating out. We went out for dinner twice and once for breakfast and the calories were definitely way higher than they should’ve been but the memories are good

How annoying :( I get so mad when I eat healthy and lose a few grams but go out once or twice and you put on a whole lot of grams and when you go back to eating healthy it takes about a week to get it all off again :(
