I have been very hungry last couple of days. I usually don't need to use my weekly points, but I have been lately. On the other hand, we've been a bit busier. I'm Hungry!

Hi! Veggies! I say this to everyone! Get a bunch of packages of frozen vegetable packages and have one a day (either the 3 serving or 5 serving) and add 2 tablespoons of lowfat dressing. You have to have a little fat to dissolve the vitamins. And no more rice cakes - they are a waste of points. You would be better to spend points on a cup of two of corn or broccoli. Veggies are FREE - zero points.
