1.5 cups of chocolate. I use 85% Dark chocolate and 4 eggs. Separate the yolk and the White. Beat the white until stiff. Microwave Chocolate at 15 seconds intervals until melted. Mix the yolks with the chocolate, fold the egg white into mixture. You can add some nuts into the mixture and baked a little longer then it turns out like a brownie for the cake bake at 160°c for 25-30 minutes.
