aggie95's Journal, 10 Nov 14

So we went to the Royal Winter Fair yesterday. It is all inside which makes for some very crowded areas. But it was good, lots to see and do. My son enjoyed it. He liked the cows, horses, pigs, goats and of course tractors. There were a couple there. We got to see my friend that I went to university with as her daughter was there showing her beef calf. So that was good to see them too. Eating was bad but it was a fair. I had a hero burger, fries and a cinnamon bun with frosting. Sooo good. There was other bad things too but very expensive. And lots of line ups.

So, today back to eating better. And today I'm going to walk/jog. I'm 3 weeks plus post surgery, so I'm going to give it a try at lunch time. But only doing 2 km. I see how that goes for a few days before uping the distance or doing continuous jogging. Wish me luck!!

EDIT: Well, I did it. I did 2.25 km in 17 minutes. Felt ok. My coworker did our usual full run...maybe next week I'll be up to doing it!
