I skipped breakfast as I was too busy. Ate 2 slices of brown bread and egg with a tomato chutney for lunch. no snacks in between, just 2 or glasses of oros
. had a salad with 50g of wheat pearls for dinner. I still need to eat 450 calories and no treats in the house!
