I am over the moon with that, although I don't expect to lose much this week - I didn't eat at all yesterday, due to stress and I was still weighing about 3 pounds more than this a couple of days ago.
But that's fine. I predicted I'd be 16 st 4 next Monday, so if I only lose half a pound by then, I'll still be on track.
I say 'followed 100%' - and I did come in under on calories, but obviously the rules of my diet don't say 'go a day without eating'... lol... but the source of the stress has been temporarily removed from my household, so I expect to properly follow it 100% this week... :)
