175.8, new low for this round, and probably the lowest BF% I've had since I was 23.
I have been handed too many setbacks in the last few weeks when it comes to getting P90X in. Jacked up my forearm, wrist, and hand doing yard work on Sunday and haven't really been able to grab anything.
Hoping I can get to one of the lifting routines soon. I'll just tack on yet another week and consider this a "recovery" week for me.
