We went to a Halloween party on Saturday night, and despite going well at home where there is virtually no junk food, apparently I am not able to resist temptation at the moment. I sort of grazed rather than stuffing my face, but quickly lost track of the extra calories that I was having. I didn't drink though - so that's something.
Anyway - We will see how that affects me on my Friday weigh-in.
Also - I am turning into one of those people that enjoy the gym. I've noticed this thing where I feel like I am going to die from about 7-15 mins, then though it is still hard, it isn't unpleasant for the rest of the time, and it even starts to feel good after a while. So, I did 45 mins on the treadmill today and now feel great.
If anyone had told me that I would be writing this about 3 months ago I would have scoffed. Loudly. And then gone back to my packet of biscuits.
