@dhitaNC gak wajib nimbang tiap hari. Aku malah paling cepet sebulan sekali baru nimbang.
Kalo diet dibarengi olahraga better ngukur lingkar tubuh sih drpd nimbang. Krn bs aja beratnya tetap tapi sebenarnya kamu kurusan. Kenapa beratnya tetap krn massa lemak berganti ama massa otot.
