Weighed myself this morning - up to 102 - but guess it might be because of hormone cycle, because have otherwise been sticking to eating relatively healthy, and certainly below the calorie allowance given to me on here 6/7 days last week, with dinner at a friends house on Saturday, where I went over.

Wondered if 2300 cals as my RDI on here was a bit too much - except for all of the shit that I used to eat, its pretty much the same as I used to eat before starting this health kick anyway, and was going under by accident half the time anyway. Have looked at another website, and its suggesting 1200 cals for weight loss, so I will try 1400 (because I am exercising) and see how that goes for a week.

Anyway. I'll get there eventually I suppose. Am optimistic.
